The Home

Built in 1890 and restored from the ground up in 2005, Pecan Point combines the character of a historic Beaufort home with the comforts of a thoughtfully restored vacation property.

Original character, traditional porches, mature trees and the surrounding grounds give the home a sense of place that feels distinctly different from a typical vacation rental.

Inside, two separate living rooms make the home especially comfortable for larger families and groups. Gather together in the main living room or enjoy the separate parlor for conversation, reading or watching the Smart TV.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located upstairs.

Primary Bedroom: 1 queen bed with private ensuite bathroom and shower
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed

The second full bathroom serves Bedrooms 2–4 and includes a shower/tub combination.

Because all bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.

Pecan Point is located within a larger 12-acre property. Guest access includes the main home, porches and designated outdoor areas surrounding the house.

The barns, horse pastures, agricultural areas, private outbuildings and other designated private areas are not part of the vacation rental or guest-accessible areas.

Visiting for a Marine Corps Graduation?

Pecan Point is a wonderful home base for families traveling to Beaufort for a Marine Corps graduation at Parris Island.

Instead of separating the family between multiple hotel rooms, up to 10 guests can stay together under one roof with four bedrooms, five queen beds, two living rooms, a full kitchen and comfortable spaces to gather before and after graduation activities.

Parris Island is approximately 3.5 miles / 9 minutes from the property. Drive times may vary, particularly during graduation-day traffic.
