The house is situated in Trégon, in the municipality of Beaussais-sur-Mer, in a peaceful setting between the countryside and the sea. You can reach Vauver beach in around 30 minutes on foot (2.5 km). Local shops and amenities are less than a 10-minute drive away. For dining, the restaurant Le Feu Rouge is within walking distance, about ten minutes’ walk away.
