The space
Remember that this house is in the country. We have had deer in the yard and an owl in the trees. It is not uncommon to have bunnies in the back yard. So you may run into some wild life. That means that there may be bugs depending on the weather. There are squirrels, chipmunks and possibly a mole or mouse. If you have any concerns about wildlife please contact us.
The house is originally from the 1860's. We have rewired the house completely. Some of the wainscoting and wood paneling is from that time period. Because the house has been added onto in the 1920's some of the flooring is uneven. A new deck has been added. The upstairs bedrooms are connected with a door between them. Of course there is now inside plumbing. No need to walk to and outhouse.
The parking is next to the garage which is to the right of the house. There is room for several cars. You will walk from the driveway down to the house.
Guest access
You have the whole house to yourselves. We are just up the road if you need any help.
