« Very disappointing stay , We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding , We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,) Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready , I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week , I would of expected a follow up chat asking if...

« We enjoyed a wonderful stay, we were made very welcome and the room (Granville) was absolutely lovely. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample tea coffee chocolate supplies in the room. The staff were very friendly, proficient and professional. There are no negatives. Thank you for a lovely evening we hope to visit again. »
