« Very dated and tired furnishings. Strange skylight in the bathroom which was full of cobwebs and dead moths. One of the drawers still had the previous occupant's belongings in. Lock on the bedroom door was very loose and temperamental. Staff seemed friendly. Hotel location was very convenient and we had a good night's sleep. »

« Lovely, quiet, hotel in a residential area very close to the River Trent. Ample free parking, although the staff will need a note of your vehicle registration. Our superior king size room was fresh, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is an in room kettle, tea, coffee etc as well as a coffee machine with pods Although we were only there for one night there was plenty of space in the wardrobe and there were also lots of hangers - which makes a refreshing change....

« My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
