Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Belgodère, featuring a communal swimming pool, hammam and jacuzzi within the residential complex. It measures 60 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and access to a garden of approximately 3,978 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, a sleeping area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob….
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 145 m² natural swimming pool (shared and heated), open all year round
- A hot tub (shared) measuring 1.8 m², open from 1 April to 31 October, available on request.
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Belgodère, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Discover the large sandy beach at Lozari, perfect for swimming and water sports, about 5 mins (2.6 km) away by car
- Walk along the Sentier des Douaniers, a coastal trail offering spectacular views of the Agriates Desert, about 1 hour 1 minute (42.2 km) away by car
- Visit Malaspina Castle, a historic residence offering panoramic views of the Balagne and the Corsican mountains, about 12 mins (7.6 km) away by car
- Stroll through the ancient citadel of Calvi, perched high with a sublime view of the bay and steeped in Genoese and Napoleonic history, about 45 minutes (33.4 km) away by car

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (1 vehicle).
