Gastfreundliche Unterkunft zentral gelegen
Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft: Der Hafen und die Swing Bridge sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ideal, wenn man die Überfahrt zu Caye Caulker oder San Pedro nutzen will. Tee und Kaffe werden angeboten, toller Balkon, sehr bequemes Bett! Die Inhaberin ist selbst eine Reisende und kann sich somit gut in Gäste hineinversetzen. Mir hat sie super geholfen bei allen Fragen, die ich hatte und sogar den Flug über dem Blue Hole unkompliziert organisiert. Diese Finessen wie die Hilfsbereitschaft machen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt letztendlich aus!

Freundliche Unterkunft im Herzen von Belize City
Dieses Hotel bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden! In nur wenigen Minuten hat ist zu Fuß das Zentrum und der Hafenzu erreichen! Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen würde stets weiter geholfen. Das Haus ist aus der Kolonialzeit und etwas Reperaturbedürtig aber alles ist sauber.

Eine Katastrpphe ist diese Hotel
Es ist ein total abgewohntes Hotel, dass total verdreckt und alt ist. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe und sauber gemacht wird nie! Handtuchwechsel gibt es nur auf Anfrage und das Frühstück ist auch zum abgewönen. Wie das Hotel so gut bewertet wird, ist mir ein Rätsel. Nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt sind wir froh aus diesem Dreck heraus zu kommen. Total überteuert und überbewertet.

Eine echte schmutzige Absteige
Das Hotel ist niemandem zumutbar - vom verstopften Wc bis zu Ameisen und Schimmel im Zimmer. Das Personal ist uninteressiert und unpünktlich.

Servicio del personal estuvo bien, solamente que no hablan español, habitación limpia, hotel en general muy limpio, en la última habitación no llega señal de internet. En los alrededores no hay mucho que hacer, no ví restaurantes ni comerciales. Precio aceptable.

All of the employees who work here are amazing!! For Independence Day, they had a bbq and gave out free food to the community. They also helped me get food delivered to the location, when nothing walking distance was open. There is a place here where you can fill your water for free, which is really awesome!

The staff was super friendly, helpful and recommended a great restaurant. Bird Isle a few blocks away. The cockroaches in the room (2) were big but killable. The price was very low for the one night stay so you get what you pay for I guess. The AC worked well. The TV took some figuring out (turned out it was unplugged). The WiFi worked great. The beds were soft. The locks on the door worked. But there was some gap below the door, guess that's were the roaches got in.

Thanks for your comments. We are sorry that your experience with our Inn was not great. We are presently doing some repairs in our laundry room, as well as with our water pressure. We do not normally. put laundry on the sofa chairs. Also, we subscribe to a tv cable service that provides quite a lot of channels. We are sorry that you were only able to see one channel. Excellent value for the price! Friendly staff. We arrived a little bit late on a holiday weekend and restaurants were closed. The receptionist ordered a pizza for us to be delivered. Nice dining area and even a shared kitchen. Easy walking to everything in town. Television did not work, but it was too late in the evening to ask for help. The next day they said they would fix it but we were leaving that time.

On arrival I was waiting for 30 minutes out in sun one was there to open the door it was lock. In morning no water in shower to take bath. After that from night of 4th day of stay there was no WiFi working. And in night no one stays from staff in property. In my 7day's stay for 3 days I was alone in the property. After that some other guest were there with me in property. But still no staff was there in property in night. At least one security guard should be there. I will suggest that please do not book this property for stay. When complaint about no water in bathroom the staff was respond that I am the only one who is complaining that there is no water in room. I was feeling that I am here to take care of there property in room. And in seven days of stay no room cleaning was done. So I advised to all of them who is seeking for this property on Orbitz do not book is property for your stay.

Thanks for your comments. We will definitely try to rectify your concerns. However, I would like to say that we are a small hotel, and we do not provide 24 hours front desk services BUT there is ALWAYS a staff on the property, especially during the night. SECURITY is our top priority. With regard to water and wifi, there have been issues beyond our control such as low water pressure from the Belize Water Services, and issues with wifi from BTL. We are currently working on our own water pressure system because of such issues as low water pressure with BWS.Once again, we do appreciate your comments, and very sorry to hear about your bad experience. Our apologies.
