« The property has been updated and is beautiful. The beds and linens are top quality. Everything was fully stocked. We didn't cook at the location but on a quick look seemed to have everything you could want. The host was SUPER responsive. You may have to plug in the wireless router and wait for the site to pop up to select it, but not a big deal, worked great for my husband to do a little work, once we got connected. Our parents live in Bella Vista and this property has just become our go-to!...

« Couldn’t find anything remotely affordable in Fayetteville for family weekend, so found the perfect excuse to stay and ride from here! Perfect space for me and the wife. Only nit I could pick would be that I’d wish the beeps on the gate keypad could be turned off. Since our door is right by the main gate, we could hear everyone entering. »

« My son and I were in Fayetteville for a baseball tournament and stayed at this property. It is very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds are very firm for my taste but were comfortable. « This is absolutely one of the best VRB properties we have stayed at! Love the 1920's Speakeasy motif and love how centrally located we were as far as activities and restaurants we chose to visit! The kitchen was well stocked and just little things like creamers available for coffee and welcome snacks were appreciated! The addition of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms was great! It is hard to find fault with "The Novel". I would recommend to anyone visiting Rogers, Arkansas. »

« Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse.
