Our Go-To Rental in Bella Vista
We've stayed here multiple times. It's our go-to rental when in Bella Vista. It's an easy arrival, check in, and we know what we are getting. This last stay was like visiting a home away from home when we walked in. (Still wish there was some place to put shampoo and supplies in the master bedroom shower though.)

Not a healthy house
The house smelled dusty on entrance and within a few minutes two of us reacted strongly...likely mold mycotoxins in the air...we could only stay one night and had leave. Called host, who said he would look for another place for us and woyld call us back, but he never called back. Asked for compensation before leaving feedback but received no response. This was our first time using Vrbo...a terrible experience.

Actually this entire review is fake and if you look at our response in VRBO messaging we did respond to you many days back as we said we would and even included all of the information related to what steps we took to ensure there wasn't actually an issue we weren't aware of. We hired a professional mold tester to go inspect the house as we take these accusations seriously. The house came back perfectly clean with no issues, as we expected since hundreds of guests before you had no issues. Im sorry we can't compensate for an issue that doesn't exist. Maybe you had allergies or something from the spring bloom, but it definitely wasn't from our unit. We will work with VRBO to get this slanderous review removed. In the meantime, I invite you to go check your messages from within VRBO to see our response we sent you awhile back. Many thanks.

Great Stay right next to Back 40
Stayed over the Christmas Holiday with family and needed a spot to call our own while we were there. Clean, well maintained and quiet. Couldn’t have been happier with the rental. We will be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Peaceful short get-away, wish we could have stayed longer! Communication and ease of access to property as well as simple clear parting directions made it a breeze. Cozy and immaculate with all the special touches like a Keurig that makes it feel like home. Master bedroom spacious and updated bathroom was resort-like quality. Additional bedrooms just what we needed for added family members. Centrally located and just a short drive allowed us to show our family the beautiful Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel where we wed. Absolutely recommend to future trip-goers.

Great place.
This was an excellent house for our needs, attending a wedding at the Mildred Cooper Chapel. The open living room/kitchen/dining room was the perfect place to hang out together before we retired to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to town.

Wonderful House for Relaxing Trip
My sisters and I stayed here and really enjoyed the house. One of the reasons we chose this place is because it did not have steps since we are older. This place is perfect for people with mobility issues. Also, it is large enough to give us our own space to take naps or just get away from each other for a while that we could not have done in a hotel room or smaller place. We definitely enjoyed going to the "bat cave" each night. The host was very accommodating and got us guest passes to the pool. We appreciated that the pool had an adult only pool (along with a family pool and a child pool.) We met some very friendly people there. The location is perfect - close enough to Bentonville but far enough from the highway. The place was super quiet and relaxing. We would most definitely stay here again.

Property was in a quiet neighborhood not far from businesses. Unit was as described. Beds were very comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and up to date. We had a great time visiting family and seeing the surrounding area.

Our family came up to watch our son in a golf tournament and this place was absolutely perfect. It was easy to find, recently remodeled, and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay in the Bella Vista area!

NICE ACCOMODATIONS
was very tidy and clean....well equipped kitchen. Area was quiet. never heard anyone on shared walls. Beds were comfortable. Could have used more wash cloths and towels in the bathroom for our 2 night stay. Only had one wash cloth per bathroom, one hand towel per bathroom and two bath towels per bath room for four people.

Very nice place to stay! It was roomy, clean, and well stocked. It is close to a bat cave, so just a short walk to see them fly out at night - fun experience! The back door’s lock was broken, but the owner was quick to respond and offer to come out and take a look. Comfortable furniture and TVs in every room.

This house was perfect! It’s in a great location. It’s an older townhouse that is completely remodeled very nicely! The beds are comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was very clean. Perfect size and space for a family of 5. I wish we could have stayed longer. Within walking distance in the neighborhood is an old bat cave. You cannot go in it as access has been closed off, but you can see it through a gate. The bats come out at dusk and circle around and fly out! Our kids love seeing this! Very cool extra to have next door!

This is a very comfortable home and just a few minutes from things we wanted to see in Bentonville. With three bedrooms, it fit the bill for my husband and I, adult daughter and two grandchildren. The decorating was well done and the kitchen well equipped with pots and pans for cooking. This place allows one-night stays, which was just what we needed. The host communicated with us ahead of time, and we had no problems with check-in or other details. The home is part of a development with lots of other units, so be aware of that if you are looking for seclusion.

Wonderful Condo
The condo was just as advertised on VRBO. Updated and well appointed. Comfy beds. Enjoyed the woodburning fireplace. If you plan to cook, there are dishes and cookware but you will need everything else. We were only there for an overnight but enjoyed our stay. The community has a trail that gives you a view of the lake. It is a good hike down and back up. Check in process was easy.

The house was beautiful and very accommodating. Everyone had their own television with all of the channels that we wanted to watch. We were surprised that there were no spices, flour, sugar, etc. and wondered if that was because of COVID. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. WOO PIG SOOIE!!!!
