Hier werden wir unsere Wohnung, die wir gerne unseren Gästen als exklusiver Rückzugsort am Comer See bieten.

Das Dorf Bellagio und die wichtigsten touristischen Dienstleistungen sind nur 10 Minuten von leicht zu Fuß vom Platz Pescallo.

Ob für einen erholsamen Urlaub oder einen aktiven Familienurlaub oder auch für ein romantisches Wochenende, werden Sie die Einstellungen finden, geeignet, um Ihre Erwartungen zu erfüllen.

Der Katalog unserer Dienstleister reicht von culinarue Köstlichkeiten zu Wasser- und Bergsport-Aktivitäten bis zu kulturellen Besichtigungen und Ausflüge.

Wir können eine Reise zugeschnitten und von den wichtigsten Flughäfen und Bahnhöfen zu organisieren.

Der Haupteingang des Gebäudes, altes Haus, befindet sich neben dem Platz und dem Pescallo kleinen Platz, ist die Wohnung im ersten Stock und verfügt über eine Gesamtfläche von 90 m2.

Der Sitzbereich, Wohnzimmer und Küche direkt am Seeufer mit Blick auf und sofort einen direkten Blick auf den Jachthafen, die Bucht von Pescallo, dem Zweig des Lago di Lecco und den Berg Grigne. Dies bewirkt, dass die Wohnung durch das Sonnenlicht beleuchtet wird für fast alle den Tag.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Heizung und Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung verfügt über:

Completatamente ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr und Kochausrüstung und ausgestattet mit: 4 Gasöfen, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Halbinsel zum Frühstück.

Wohnzimmer mit direktem Blick auf den See von den entlang der gesamten Entwicklung und großen Holztisch platziert Fenster. Die Fenster sind Fenster, die zurückgleitet.

Wohnzimmer mit altem Kamin, Bibliothek Bereich und TV 42 "mit Anschluss an SKY Kanalübertragungen und großen bequemen L-förmigen Sofa mit direktem Blick auf das Wohnzimmer.

Bad für den Wohnbereich in die Umkleidekabine verbunden sind, ausgestattet mit Waschbecken, WC, Bidet und Badewanne.

Schlafzimmer mit großem begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Badezimmer für das Schlafzimmer direkt mit dem Master-Schlafzimmer mit Waschbecken, WC, Bidet große Dusche mit Glaswänden und Multi-Jet-Duschkopf.

Einzelzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einem ausziehbares Bett.

Beyond amazing hosts. The location is incredible and they are the most welcoming hosts you could ask for. The listing photos don’t even do the view justice when you arrive in the apartment. The walk to the center of Bellagio was so convenient, 10 minutes was all we needed. I would plan my next trip to Bellagio around Claudia’s apartments availability to make sure we stayed here again.

The views were truly breathtaking — we found ourselves pausing often just to soak them in. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. So Amazing!

We had the best time during our stay in this wonderful lakeside apartment. Claudia was the most hospitable hostess. She picked us up & dropped us off at the ferry station as well as giving us an excellent overview of the area complete with recommendations of the best places to eat (The fettuccine from the wheel of cheese at The Hotel Suisse restaurant has been one of the best meals of our trip!). Our only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough.

Amazing apartment! It was even better than the photos. I was surprised at the quality of the amenities inside as well- it’s like the apartment was carefully designed for someone to live, not to rent. The host has very good style in decorating the apartment. The location is beautiful and only a short walk to the main town. Claudia went above and beyond by providing recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, as well as provided transportation which was greatly appreciated.

Loved the view from the apartment. We walked quite a few locations and were very happy with our choice of stay. Shame it doesn’t have a balcony but you can open all the windows and it feels like you are on the water. Food next door was pretty good. Not a long walk to main center

Spectacular View and Host

This property is even more beautiful in person. The floor to ceiling windows give breathtaking views of the lake. The apartment (which is located up one flight of stairs) is spacious and beautifully appointed with lovely furniture and artwork. This place exceeded all our expectations!

If we could rate it a 10 we would. Claudia was a gracious host. It was right on the water. We loved watching the baby swans and countless water birds. All the fittings in the apartment were high-end luxury. The only downside was that there was no place close for a coffee, drink or snack. That’s not the host’s fault! We walked up and down interesting cobblestone paths to the city center for a great dinner. About 15 minutes walk but steep. Great way to walk off a pasta meal. All in all, the place is even more phenomenal than the photos. Grazie Mille!

Beautiful Apartment in an excellent location!

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment with upscale modern amenities. The view is amazing as it’s right on the lake!!! The beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Claudia was very accommodating to us as we arrived at 11pm! She provided great recommendations and was always there to answer any questions. It’s a 10 minute walk to town so everything is accessible by foot. She even provided a parking spot in her garage for our car. Highly recommend this gem of an apartment!!!

Fantastic Apartment with Amazing View!

This apartment is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed 5 nights and loved every minute of our stay in the Lakeside Apartment. The view can't be beat and the apartment is just a short distance over many wide steps to the village center. It is a very nice retreat from the afternoon crowds who come to Bellagio for the day. Claudia is an excellent host and always available to answer any questions or help in any way needed. She gave us excellent recommendations for shopping and restaurants. As a side note, don't miss lunch at the Grand Hotel Serbelloni - it is a special place - beautiful hotel and view and the food is amazing.

Bella Bellagio!

We stayed one month in Italy, and this was the highlight of my trip!! It really is as beautiful and close to the lake as the pictures show!! It was the cleanest place we have been in. Claudia, the manager, went above and beyond to show us things in the apartment, great places to eat, and where to shop for what in the village. We cooked in a few nights, and that was wonderful. The location is SPECTACULAR! A few feet from a fabulous restaurant! Swans and ducks swimming under our window, and not a long walk into town. I can’t wait to go again, not only because the apartment is so fabulous, but also because we got to know Claudia as our new Italian friend!!!

We spent 3 nights at this lovely apartment and had a wonderful time. The villa is beautifully designed and meticulously outfitted. Beautiful decor, amazing views and state of the art kitchen and entertainment center. 10 minute walk to downtown Bellagio (up/down many stairs!) is a bonus. Right next to two rocky beaches with access to swimming and watersports. We kayaked with Bellagio Water Sports and it was fantastic and convenient. Beds are a bit stiff, but comfortable. Owner could not have been more helpful, having her son pick us up at the train station and her husband drop us off at the ferry. So nice! Would definitely recommend this villa.
