Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. Home was exactly as described. Tons of room for our large group and within 15-20 minutes from PSU campus. Beds were memory foam mattresses. Pretty well stocked-- the only thing we could have used were trash bags (couldn't find anywhere) and more plates and silverware. Not a big deal though, we kept washing and reusing. Great stay for the weekend and would definitely book again.

Beautiful house and very easy to get to from the Nittany Sports Complex. New blackstone grill but no propane tank. Had to buy our own but worked great.

It’s a nice clean executive type house and a family oriented neighborhood. Its very quiet kitchen was equipped well the layout of the house was great - Comfortable furniture and beds !On Saturday we went downtown Belafonte and walked around. It was very cute w shops and a great breakfast place . IThe home about 15 minutes from State College. Campus and giant grocery is 5 minutes. negatives :No shampoos/ soaps provided which we didn’t know so we had to go out and buy all of that before showering that night. .We needed extra towels and blankets. Those were also not provided just enough for each bathroom. It would be nice if the house had ceiling fans because it gets really hot at night.upstairs , upon arriving, I kept reaching out to the rental company and they were not responding right away. They also just gave me the Cleaning Lady’s phone number and she wasn’t sure why we were reaching out to her. She said it wasn’t her responsibility. This rental company needs to step it up and do a better job of following through when people ask questions and need immediate assistance my last message they didn’t even responded (it felt like we were bothering them)Overall, I would rent this house again, it’s a beautiful home in a really nice neighborhood and there are a restaurants that do deliver to the house, the management company just needs to step it up and we really need some ceiling fans in the bedrooms upstairs at night. It gets extremely hot. I would recommend this home
