We really liked that there was a bathtub in one of the bathrooms because we each prefere a bath. The TV was easy to work and the area the condo was in was not noisy at all outside. „It is old. Drapes are stained and worn out. Listed as 1 bedroom when it wasn't. When listing as 1 bedroom it has to have a closet, by federal law. "Bedroom" had no closet, just rack to hang cloths. The 2 chest of drawers in room were full of blankets and pillows. No place to unpack. Had to use suitcase for night stand on one side. Had to get out of bed to turn off light. „Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. “

„I booked this rental for an end-of-year retreat to get away from the city, and it was absolutely worth it! The lakefront views were incredible. The sound of the waterfall nearby was extremely soothing at night. The entire space was much spacious than we expected, and we had a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it!“
