Stayed here many times over years. The place was starting to show its age but now it seems to be run like a third world country. People who checked in before me came back because they didn’t have have pillow cases. I got to my room and there were no glasses in bathroom for water and no cups by coffe machine. I called and the brought me glasses. Which meant no hot tea on a cold winter night. The next day I got half my stuff in the car and my plastic card keys no longer worked. I went to the main office and no one at the main desk (which is pretty common of late). I waited 30 minutes and the office slowly filled up with other people because everyone had been locked out. Finally a woman said I know where the housekeeping crew is— I Wii get them to let us in. She goes and it turns out the desk clerk is part of the housekeeping crew—a great way to save money in a really third rate motel.
