Guests will have full access to all areas of the space. Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all the amenities and comforts our property has to offer. From the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, cozy living areas.

Additional Amenities & Special Touches
• Pet-Friendly Amenities: Enjoy a designated, fully fenced pet area and a convenient pet shower located in the garage. For pets beds, sheets, towels and food bowl provided.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy a De’Longhi espresso machine, with coffee beans and all essential coffee-making supplies provided.
• Drinking Water: While the home uses filtered lake water, a separate drinking water dispenser with additional drinking water is provided for your convenience.
• Outdoor Dining: The rooftop deck features a Weber grill, with propane gas provided for your outdoor cooking.
• Lakeside Fire Pit: Firewood is provided so you can gather around the fire and enjoy the peaceful lakefront setting.

Lake Access & Water Activities

Guests are welcome to enjoy daytime access to Lake Samish directly from the property. Make the most of the beautiful waterfront with swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, paddle boating, jet skiing, and other lake activities. Please note that watercraft and recreational equipment are not provided, so guests are welcome to bring their own.


Lake & Hot Tub Safety

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please follow these guidelines:
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times near the lake and hot tub. Never leave children unattended around water.
• No diving into the lake unless the water depth and conditions are confirmed safe.
• Never swim or use watercraft while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Wear appropriate life jackets when required, and follow all applicable boating and water safety regulations.
• Use the hot tub responsibly, supervise children closely, and never leave children unattended in or around the tub.
• Keep hot tub sessions moderate, stay hydrated, and avoid use while intoxicated.
• No loud music or disruptive behavior, please respect the peaceful surroundings and neighboring properties.
• Always be mindful of changing lake conditions and weather, and use the lake and hot tub at your own risk.

Lake Adventures & Watercraft Rentals
Just a short distance from the property, Lake Samish Park offers seasonal kayak and paddle boat rentals, perfect for exploring the lake and enjoying its natural beauty.

For additional watercraft rentals and boating experiences, guests may explore Boatsetter and other online rental platforms. Further recommendations for local rental providers will be available upon arrival. Enjoy a memorable day on the water and make the most of your lakeside escape!
