« Phone to front desk doesn’t work, room smelt terrible for a non-smoking room, TV channels didn’t work except for Venezuelan news, thin walls, hair in shower. Free parking was nice though. Just go to the Baymont if you are staying here. »

« The hotel was nice. Cindy at the front desk was sweet and polite. My only issue is that there were 5 in our party and Expedia said this room would fit 5. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch for the 5th person but there were only 2 queens. Needless to say, our night was less than comfortable. I think the fault is with Expedia and not the hotel. »

« la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler. La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre. Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel »

« We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to...
