Nice studio unit, dividable by curtain for area with sleeper sofa. Awesome porch with rocking chairs, nice sun room with dining table. In the heart of this little town, walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shops, etc., as well as the lake. Bathroom is on the small side, but workable. Had a great stay.

Believe the property is better suited for a weekend stay than a longer stay. It is perfectly located in Bemus Pt, within walking distance of the community. However, it sometimes presents parking challenges and we found the internet connection to be slow and unreliable. The bathroom and shower was extremely small and conversations in adjacent apartments were quite noticeable due to thin walls and common HVAC returns. The front porch was great to people watch and the front flower garden was beautiful and well kept. Our late summer/fall weather was very enjoyable!

Ken is our favorite host of all the rentals we have visited! It is rare to find a rental that is so thoughtfully and artistically accessorized as this one. Wherever you look there are little special touches that set this rental apart. The flowers and picket fence out front are indicative of the charming interior. The location is perfect. It is easy walking distance to everything in Bemus Point, the market, restaurants, and ice cream. And a short drive to Chautauqua Institute. We were the envy of all who walked by as we rocked in our rockers on the front porch with our drinks. Ken offered us a twilight boat ride on the lake which was delightful! We loved the history and local stories he shared, and we are so glad we got to know him a bit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and charming cottage right in the heart of everything Bemus Point has to offer. The unit is much larger than it seems on-site and is furnished to suit anyone's needs, the bed was really comfortable and the little extras were a nice touch. We also loved the outdoor space and particularly relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. The bathroom is very, very small so if you're big & tall or need a larger bathroom, I'd suggest looking at one of the other 2 rental units on-site. We were in town for a wedding and had to reach out to the host a couple times and Ken couldn't have been better. He was responsive and quick to provide anything needed. I would definitely recommend any of this host's properties to anyone considering a stay in the area - and the area is absolutely worth the visit!

We loved our stay here. It's advertised as a studio, but we found it plenty large. The front area has been turned into an eating nook, and there is a large curtain to block off the bedroom from the living area. We came with our 6 month-old, and a pack-n-play fit perfectly into one of the walk-in closet areas (no doors, just curtains) in the bedroom. This allowed us to walk around and have time/room to ourselves after the baby went to sleep. All in all, a great property and location! Looking forward to visiting again!

Couldn’t ask for anything more with this place. It’s the best location in town, walking distance to all the cute shops and great restaurants. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. Ken was around and very kind. Would absolutely stay again.

Absolute perfection! If you are a fan of Bemus Point (as I am!), you could not ask for a better location, better property or better host! Ken is friendly and accommodating and the apartment is top-notch . . . immaculate, beautiful decorated and comfortable. By far, in my opinion, the best feature of this property is the front porch with the over-sized rocking chairs! Perfect spot for people watching with a cup of coffee in the morning or sipping a cool beverage later in the day. Bemus Point is THE place to be around Chautauqua Lake and you can’t ask for a better spot than The Suites on Main Street for capturing the true essence of this amazing community!

The Suites are a wonderful destination! The owner was great and attentive. The village of Bemus Point is so cozy as was our cottage! From the restaurants to the shops, and the beautiful lake! It is a great destination! We love it there and go as often as we can! We highly recommend!

Although 2/3 of town closed down in winter/covid environment in this summer resort village we found much to enjoy. The suite was conveniently located in the village with a grocery store across the street. Within a few miles was cross country skiing/snowshoeing at Long Point State Park. Enjoyed Southern Tier and Big Inlet Breweries. We are quiet people and thoroughly enjoyed the location. Ken was very responsive to questions as well. Only recommendation is there are not very many accessible power outlets for all our charging toys. We would go back in a heartbeat.
