You can't beat the location, easy walking distance to Old Mill and downtown Bend.It had a faint smoke smell like someone had smoked there years in the past. Not horrible, but noticeable to sensitive people. Replacing the curtains and carpet would probably take care of it. »

« Wonderful location! We loved hearing and seeing the beautiful river from our balcony and enjoyed the morning and evening walks along the river path. The condo was adorable and had everything we needed. The only thing missing when cooking a meal was salt and pepper. It would be nice to have a few spices, being that there is a full kitchen to cook! We would definitely stay here again! »

« We enjoyed having two full bathrooms. We loved having a park to enjoy while sitting on the porch. We walked to town and took advantage of the river trail that was so close! The owner was very great with communication. Overall very pleasant experience. »

Older building, but updated interior; quiet; There was a full size refrigerator in the kitchen, but there was also a small fridge at the doorway. We were not able to use the washing machine because it smelled like mildew. We ran the clean cycle, but did not use it. »
