Perfect for a little getaway

Quiet, convenient location. House worked great so that all of us had our own space but we could easily come together to eat, relax together, and enjoy the hot tub.

Perfect Getaway

This place was perfect for a getaway with family and friends. House was clean and had ample space to enjoy company but spread out when desired. The master bed was a bit soft for our liking, but otherwise no complaints.

Quiet home

Nice home with comfortable beds. Love having the 10 SHARC passes, multiple bikes, and 2 kayaks included. Close to The Village and SHARC. Kitchen has everything you need, but more kitchen towels would be nice. Carpet needs to be replaced--stained and dirty. Couches in living room are comfy.

Great for a family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a week long family summer vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 young children (2 years and 7 months) and the house fit us nicely. PROS: the kitchen is amazingly well stocked including all cookware and dishes you'd need to eat in comfortably (including spices! and 2 refrigerators). The garage is stocked with bikes, kayaks, ping pong, and tons of other activities to use. Each room has a TV and the beds are extra soft with plenty of extra pillows, blankets. The Master bedroom is HUGE with a nicely updated bathroom. CONS: you have to go through the bunk room to get to the Master (this was difficult because we had a 2 year old sleeping in the bunk room). The hot tub is on the front porch and the main level bathroom is an on-suite to one bedroom which is lacks a bit of privacy. The dining room worked well for our group but would definitely be tight for any more than 6 adults. Generally the place is a bit dated, but very comfortable and great location!

We stayed over 4th of July weekend for a family wedding.

The house was nice and clean and stayed cool for the hot weekend (thank you AC!) We played ping pong and foosball in the garage and used the bikes to ride to the village. Rooms/Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Lots of stairs in this house which was not a problem for us but something to note for young kids or elderly renters. Overall, a perfect stay for our weekend!

All good. If you do not have a text by 4 find their emergency number. They had a wrong number for us and we did not get in until 7. Emergency number not listed on checkin details. I hope they fix that.

We loved this house. It was exactly what we needed and throughly enjoyed it. The location was great and the house was beautiful. We did have to buy sponge and scrubber for dishes but didn’t mind since the house had literally everything else. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The water pressure was a bit intense in the showers but better to hard than soft!

Amazing

Great family spot

The property itself was great but the check in was disappointing. It was a busy weekend and they pushed our check in time later and later. I think our house was the last to be cleaned and It was a disappointing way to start our vacation. The house was a great size, clean and a lot of fun for our entire family to gather. The hot tub was great and having the bikes and games was the perfect touch.

This house has everything going for it.

This house had it all. My favorite things about the house was the awesome water pressure, nice updated bathrooms, and great kitchen appliances. Although the kitchen is dated and a little cramped if you have 3+ people in at the same time. The appliances are all top of the line. The dishwasher cleans things remarkably and the kitchen was very well stocked with many dishes, utencils. Very nice to have so you can load a full dishwasher. On top of it, the location is amazing. Biking or walking distance for Fort Rock Park, SHARC or Sunriver Village is all close by. The owners had everything you could need. Bikes, helmets, locks, kayaks, ping pong, foos ball, basketball, hot tub etc. Nice that every room had its own TV...not that you would want to stay in your room watching TV but is nice when you want to watch something different late at night (i.e. the news and politics these days. LOL!) Would definitely stay here again and recommend for 2+ families. Not too big and not too small of a place. Only thing that could be better is the carpet upstairs is pretty worn. Downstairs it is all hard surfaces (tile/hardwood floors).

Great Time Even In The Smoke

The House was Perfect for our stay. The Six of us were very happy with the location, very close to the Village and lots of rivers, waterfalls, and lakes. The Hot Tub was nice and relaxing after our day of exploring. The Very big screen TV was Great to watch the Nascar Race on. We would Love to visit this Rental again. Also loved the floor plan and where the bedrooms are located.

Great escape

Great space for family to gather for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the quiet location just a quick bike ride or walk away from activities. Hot tub was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back!
