I was overall pleased with this property. It is just as described with very retro finishings and decor but it was still clean and comfortable. The management company was responsive to questions and requests. The location was excellent and very convenient to the center of town. It was convenient to have a washing machine, and we overall had plenty of space. No complaints and would both recommend it and stay again.

Although there were moments of charm, the overall place was tired and worn out. Heavily soiled carpet, dirty walls, lack of utensils, and the ones available were in very poor condition. The lack of attention to detail was apparent.

Another Wonderful Stay

This is my second time at this cozy condo and once again, I loved it. Very close to the resort by foot and a 2-minute drive to Sunriver Village for trips to the store, etc. Extremely cute inside and quiet in the evenings, with good beds, bathrooms, etc. Absolutely recommend!

Older furnishings but comfortable.

Good value for this older, well located place. Very near spa and indoor pickleball courts. Management was very attentive to problems with TV. Would choose this place again.

Great place in Sunriver

This is my second stay at this condo. That will tell you everything. I needed a new barbecue and the office took care of it very quickly. Can’t say enough about the staff and their kindness. We will be back!

Great place but needs updating

So we would 100% stay here again. Some would be turned off by the grandma from 80s-90s decor but it felt really comfortable and felt like I was staying at my childhood home. The resort surrounding you was super cool and the SHARC passes worked real well too, BUT you need to know that there are some resort amenities that this does not give you access to. The only other thing that was troublesome is that the electrical outlets need to be changed; as in they’re so worn out that they won’t hold the plug anymore. They (phone chargers, kit cGen appliances) would literally fall out from their own weight. On a side note, like morons we left for home with the SHARC passes but the property management worked really well with us and we’re courteous and professional when they had every right to be palpably irritated. Overall, a lovely stay and would recommend to friends and family, especially for the money.

A perfect low-key fun rental!

This ended up being exactly what I needed for the purposes of staying at the Sunriver Resort: private, close to the lodge itself, and very cute with its loft and retro furnishings. A very nice place all in all.

It is well supplied, but could use more eating utensils. The beds were comfortable, but the linens were sparse and didn’t fit the beds well. The location was very convenient, and the SHARC passes were a plus. The biggest drawback is that there are so many decorations that it is virtually impossible to control the dust. The pulls on the curtains were so grubby, it was necessary to wash hands after opening or closing the living room curtains.

awesome location with 70's vibe

This location couldn't have been better for a family wedding at the The Great Hall, Sunriver Resort. The furnishings were retro and the unit was clean. The carpet really needs to be updated. the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the responsiveness of the management company quickly responding to the lack of curtains in the downstairs bedroom. We would certainly consider staying here again, all in all.

Nice place for the money

Furnishings were a bit outdated but we didn't book it for the furnishings. We booked it for the location as we had a wedding to attend at Sunriver Resort. This is what we expected and we had a comfortable time.

Great location and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We visited with two teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds/pillows were so comfortable! Having SHARC passes was fantastic. There were a few extension cords lying around and some spots that were a bit dusty but nothing that affected the trip. Awesome location to get to the village. Cascara was great to communicate with for any questions etc.. If you are planning on cooking there are pans/utensils but you will need to bring your own cooking oil/butter/spices. Great trip though, we would sure stay again.

Wouldn’t stay again

While management responded right away to our complaints, there were too many. The house was very dusty with cobwebs everywhere. There were 20 pillows, but no pillowcases or sheets for the pull out. We had issues with both the microwave and dishwasher while we were there. There wasn’t enough hot water for 2 people to take a shower. We didn’t have the highest expectations based on the pictures, but were still very disappointed. Definitely won’t reserve again.

Good central location

Tennis Village is in a great location right across from the Spa, tennis courts (of course), near the main village with shops and restaurants, and close to all other amenities at Sun River. The photos accurately represent the home with one exception; it was much darker inside, even on a sunny day with the curtains open. This is a four-plex, so you share walls with 3 other units and there isn't really any privacy if you want to relax in one of the outside decks or patio. I've never stayed in a place with a layout like this and sometimes it sounded like someone was walking upstairs when we were both downstairs. The Property Manager, Cascara Vacation Rentals provided excellent service before and during our visit.
