Fantastic!

Perfect little basement cottage for us to stay while walking over to Hayden Homes Amphitheater for a couple of shows this summer. Also a very short walk to old town Bend for restaurants and fun things to do!

Curtains?

Very cool property and location, but there were no curtains on the two windows in the main living area, and the BATHROOM WINDOW leading out into a common hallway with what I assume is a shared laundry room. Certainly it's not too much to ask to use the toilet or shower, and not have an open window to outside with no privacy at all?! My wife ended up not coming with me at the last minute due to a family emergency; if she had, we probably would have just canceled and stayed somewhere else. I was going to call somebody, but I didn't really need remediation, I just expect curtains or shades on an outside window. Other than that, the property was great, and I would have recommended it. If that situation isn't rectified, I would discourage anybody from staying here or having anything to do with Alpenglow rentals in the future.

Great location

Located in Old Bend, this was a nice place for us as we were constantly exploring the outdoors and nearby attractions. 5 min walk to downtown and 10 min walk to Old Mill area. Great communication with rental agency and easy check in and check out.

Cute Little Getaway

This was a beautiful little room for just myself for the weekend. Although I could hear the other guests in place above me walking around, it was a quiet location with easy access to many good food and scenery locations. An easy drive to lots of restaurants, hikes, and walking spaces.

Cute studio in great location!

We had a great stay here! It's cutely decorated, and clean (other than LOTS of spider webs in the bathroom ceiling) Couch and bed were comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen and although we didn't use it, it's a nice touch to have washer and dryer available! The location is awesome, and easily walkable to downtown bend and some of our fav bars/restaurants. It was super easy to communicate and check in. And the coffee and wine gifts were a very sweet touch. We would stay here again!

Hot water heater, hot water goes out quick. Safe quiet place close to everything. More light next to Grill area would be, nice. Ice trays are a must Bathroom toilet out of level and door wouldn’t close in one click. Afraid of the mirror falling Overall an amazing stay Thankyou.

Basement studio apartment in great location

The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The place has a cozy feel, but there is not a lot of natural light and you will hear sounds from neighbors upstairs. You really can't beat the location, downtown and tourist information is an easy walk.

Great stay!

The Georgia Studio was comfortable, pleasant, and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there. We made frequent use of the bbq and outside table. It was most excellent to be able to walk to anywhere in Bend.

Perfect spot for long weekend

My husband and I came to Bend to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. This studio was within walking distance of everything, and the little AC unit kept the space plenty cool during the heat wave. Our only complaint is that when the upstairs unit was occupied, it sounded like elephants stomping around above us, but thankfully most of our neighbors quieted down in the evenings.

This nice little studio was just as described in the listing and had everything we needed. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from upstairs early the first morning, but the next morning was fine.

Cozy space in great location.

Loved our stay in Old Bend. The space was cozy with a nice roaring fire when we arrived. The location adjacent to downtown is great. It's easy to walk to downtown and the river in just a few minutes. Street parking was also super convenient. The only negative was that we didn't realize the home above this rental is also a VRBO rental, which was occupied by a large group of younger folks who enjoyed staying up super late. After 2 nights we asked the property manager to speak with the above renters, which remedied the situation. Overall, a great stay.

Well lit studio in cottage

Totally misrepresented in listing as "bright" Little to no daylight. Cold basement. No outlets near bed or anywhere convenient Dust bunnies hanging over bed and every where Hot water ran out after minutes Dirty mats in bath Couch covered in dog hair and possibly pea Management somewhat responsive ie. brought a space heater for shower but then no hot water Left three nights early. Repeatedly called management company. No response for days. Called vrbo and they said I should have called them but now it was to late because I left???
