Home Layout: When you exit the primary bedroom through the door, you must walk through the kids/guest room to reach the other exit that leads downstairs

- Climate Control: The home is equipped with heated floors for cooler months and a mini-split heating and cooling system that efficiently keeps the entire home comfortable year-round, including the loft bedroom. For additional comfort, high-quality floor fans are also provided in the downstairs living area and both bedrooms.

- Water System: the property has a filtration system to remove iron and volcanic ash sediment. The system flushes daily at 1:00 PM (loudest flush), 11:00 PM, and 1:00 AM

- Occupancy: The property sleeps 6-7 people. This includes a bunk bed (twin over full) and a queen-size blow-up mattress with a thick pad
