Amazing Home!

This home is absolutely amazing. Close to the Village, easy access to Mt. Bachelor, and with four king bedrooms and a nice bunkbed room, it's a perfect home for families and kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home!

This home is absolutely beautiful inside an out! Everything you need is already there for you to use for kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc.. Great for big family’s! We loved our stay and we look Forward to hopefully be able to stay another time!

A comfortable, spacious home for a family of 12!

Vine Maple 13 was a spacious, clean and comfortable home for our large family get away. It is close to all Sunriver has to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and food prep. Even a large selection of spices and good knives! The four master suites afforded privacy for the adults and the four girls loved their bunk room and bathroom. We loved it and will be back!

It's a nice open layout on the main level with several bedrooms upstairs, away from the main level living room which was nice because the bedrooms were quiet. The bunk room was great for the teenagers in our group. It sits on the 11th fairway so we had a great view. We enjoyed the upper level bonus room, pool table and other games. We'd definitely stay again.

More than enough room for a large group to stay and have plenty of space to spread out. The house is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong were an extra bonus. The location was quiet and peaceful but fun to be on the golf course. Working with Sunset Lodging was the best part. I was happy to support the local company and not VRBO and it turned out to be the best decision. They were responsive and friendly to work with. We had a little trouble with the TV and they sent someone right over to fix it. We also left something very important at check out and they went above to secure it for us. The staff was amazing! Highly recommend!

Wonderful home for a large family

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is huge, and so much room for everyone. We had our 3 children and their spouses and families, so a total of 14. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which made it so convenient. The game room was a hit with everyone, and so was the hot tub. There were bikes and ping pong in the garage. The kitchen is so large and well stocked, with even 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. The large laundry room made it so nice to store extra food and supplies. We had just a few issues, but Sunset Lodging was so quick to respond and take care of everything. We recommend this home 100%!!

Family fun memories

We rented this home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with all our children and grands. The house was beautiful and the photos were accurate. Clean and well stocked. Sharc passes were a plus - the grands had a ball! So many activities available in the surrounding area - we will be back!! One draw back - there was a wildfire to the west of Sunriver - smoke a problem, especially if you have asthma or breathing problems - I understand that wildfire season is in July and August - we would probably not come back during those months. Otherwise, a very positive experience.

Sunriver Stay

Check in is @ 4:00 and because of the scheduled activities for the remaining week, our plan was to stay at the house for the first two days and snowmobile Saturday. The Hot Tub had been service the day of arrival. Water had been exchanged and it took 2.5 days to heat up. The home showed that it was last cleaned on Jan. 26, 24. Why couldn't someone have realized that the tub needed to be cleaned a few days before our arrival?? I would not have rented the home if it had no hot tub!!

Each bedroom had its own bathroom; the kitchen had two dishwashers and there were two refrigerators - one in the kitchen and one in the very ample utility room. Excellent selection of dishes, serving dishes, and pots and pans! Nice relaxing patios and hot tub. The inside looked just like the beautiful photos online. Surprised to find it came with an upstairs party room and pool table and in the garage were bikes and a pingpong table. I would definitely rent this home again! And one more thing - Renee at Sunset Lodging and all of their team were always available to answer questions and .... to mail things we left behind (haha)!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful house for our large family vacation! The layout was great and fit three families very comfortably. It is obvious that great care was taken when the house was built, as it is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. That being said, there are some much-needed maintenance issues that once fixed would make it 5 stars. The beds were all extremely squeaky and need to be tightened; there appears to be a slow leak somewhere in the wood beam upon entering the house; the drawers in the main fridge are broken; the dishwashers need a good cleaning and one has a broken detergent compartment; the light switches do not work well; and the AV equipment never did work for us. All in all those issues were super minor and we had a great time. Sunset was amazing to work with and very responsive. Thank you!

Beautiful home beware of back patio!

We hardly used the back patio. The chairs were uncomfortable and old to say the least. Some of the bricks/pavers are loose and crumbling. After 3 calls a great maintenance guy came and fixed some but we found more so we declared the patio off limits. Not what you expect for luxury home. The home was beautiful and easily accommodated our party of ten. Bring your own foil, plastic wrap etc. the only kitchen supplies they have are dishwasher soap and dish soap. Small hand soaps are provided as well as laundry soap. Once again, not what you expect for the price.

Vine Maple Lane #13

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great home for our large (8 adults and 4 children) group. We love the king beds in four of the en-suite rooms. The bunk room with its own bathroom is great for the kids. It is close to all the Sunriver activities. The kitchen is well appointed for a large group. Our concern is that the property is not being well taken care of. It seems the entire house needs a deep cleaning and some attention from the homeowners. Furniture needs to be moved to clean dirt under couches, baseboards need to be dusted. Both dishwashers smelled bad after use. Dishes seemed clean but there was a bad odor in the dishwasher. There were no extra towels in any of the bathrooms. It is time for new linens on the beds. The “flavor bars” on the BBQ need to be replaced and the BBQ itself was very dirty. The grill brush to clean the grill needs replacing. The toe kick at the kitchen sink is missing. The bikes need maintenance. One of our guys crashed on his bike after the seat swiveled during his bike ride. Tires are very bald on several bikes. It just would take a few days of someone coming in and making upgrades and doing maintenance for a cleaner presentation and more comfortable, safer stay for their renters. We spend a lot of money for this rental and love the house. We actually have rented it for next summer but will definitely not return if the needed maintenance has not been addressed.
