This one-bedroom apartment in Flats Friends Atlántida has access to a large private terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has two single beds plus a double sofa-bed in the living-dining room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In addition, it has individual air conditioning. Please note that there is no safe available in the apartment.



It is important to note that, to access the apartment, there is a flight of stairs: the apartment is located on the seventh floor, the highest in the building, but the elevator only goes to the sixth floor.



The Flats Friends Atlántida building is located on the beachfront of Poniente Beach, one minute walk from the old town and surrounded by restaurants and cafes, as well as other services such as supermarket, pharmacy... Wi-Fi is included in the price and we accept pets!



Due to its excellent location, it is ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy the wonderful beaches that Benidorm offers and who wish to discover a vibrant city full of possibilities.



*Pets have a supplement of €25/stay and the use of the washing machine or dryer costs €4/use.



NOTE: For bookings that include multiple studios or apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €300 per unit. This will be refunded if the studio or apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbours.
