Hôtel près de Bent Creek Experimental Forest, Asheville, Asheville

« Loved it. Very peaceful and relaxing, loved everything about it »

« J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, qui mérite largement ses bonnes évaluations. L’établissement est parfaitement entretenu, très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien aménagées et modernes, on sent que tout est bien pensé pour le confort des clients. Mais il y a deux points négatifs que je tiens à souligner, car ils ont réellement impacté mon expérience : 1. Pas de laverie sur place. Franchement, c’est une...

« The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

« Easy to get to, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Nice hotel. »

« The owner and the manager are incredibly warm and welcoming. The place is absolutely charming and everything is making you feel at home, and better! From breakfast to the late afternoon wine and cheese, it is like joining a club and sing immediately welcome into it. »

« Positives: 1. hotel is well-situated; but we don't mind the street people in the plaza across from the hotel (they leave you alone). 2. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are very nice. 3. The downstairs bar with free pinballs, skeeball and pool table was different. Negatives: 1. When we checked-in the person was "filling in" and we were not advised about amenities like the free drop-off service. Better training for entire staff is recommended. 2. Housekeeping was uneven. Some days a real...

« The Flat Iron Hotel is a difficult one to review. There is much to like about the hotel: the location, in the heart of downtown Asheville, is perfect. The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful, and anxious to please. The hotel restaurant, Luminosa, was very good with outstanding food and excellent service. But there were some serious downsides as well, in particular, the size of the rooms. I could not easily get into bed without turning sideways and squeezing between the bed and the wall, while...

« This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition »

« Charming little cottage on quiet street. Very convenient to the Biltmore Estate. More breakfast choices would have been nice. »
