An open layout makes gathering easy. The living room flows into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, coffee bar, seasonings and a gas range. A breakfast bar is perfect for chatting with the chef.



Restful Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – king bed with premium linens, blackout curtains and a smart TV.

Bedroom 2 – queen bed and reading nook.

Bedroom 3 – twin bunk beds plus a pull-out trundle (great for kids).

All rooms include USB chargers, fans and luggage racks.

Getting Around:

Bentonville is extremely bike‑friendly and centrally located. Hop on your bike and roll straight to the Coler Preserve, Slaughter Pen and downtown in minutes. Prefer four wheels? A short drive or Uber gets you to Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, local breweries and restaurants. The home offers garage and driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Walk or bike to the square to avoid parking hassles, then return to your quiet street for a peaceful night.
