Great house, broken hot tub

The house is great. Clean, comfortable, great beds, good location, and a full garage for your car and bikes! Communication with the hosts was also great...until I reported the hot tub stopped working. (On day 2 the hot tub control pad showed an error message and the water started smelling swampy; by day 3 it was gross.) The host said they would send someone out, but there was no follow up. Ultimately they refunded 50 which was the "hot tub portion" of the overall bill.

Great place!

Exactly as pictured, clean, excellent location (less than 5 minute bike ride downtown). The hot tub was a huge draw for me, and was clean and easy to use. Highly recommend!

It was great

The property was great and very clean. The location was super convenient and close to everything. Traveled with 3 young kids and they had a blast. The only thing to be aware of is the garage is pretty shallow. I drive an oversized SUV, Yukon XL, and couldn’t shut the garage door. It wasn’t a big deal but something to be mindful of if you need the security. The remote was a little finicky on the TV but looked like a dog may have chewed on it a bit overall a great experience and great property, would definitely. Book again if we come back.

Great property!

We have a family of 5 and they had absolutely everything we needed. Nice and clean, beds were comfy and decor was modern. Definitely would recommend to anyone heading to Bentonville!

Bentonville bike getaway

Location was perfect for access to MTB trails. Property was clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for a family. The garage access was nice especially with bikes. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful little place!

We had a really great stay! The customer service was incredible! We had some small issues initially getting checked in with the code (had to use five different codes before it opened the door) but Cohova was very communicative and helpful through it.

Great place to stay!

The property is as it is in the pictures. My husband and I came for a weekend getaway and loved this place. It can definitely fit more than just 2 people, with 3 bedrooms and closets with mattresses so if people want to crash on the floor they can. Easy walking distance to downtown and easy access to lots of different mountain biking trails. We didn't drive the whole weekend. We loved it and will definitely come back with our kids next time to stay.

Thanksgiving with family

Super clean, well equipped (except for cookware and bakeware),everything in working order, and the hot tub was well-used. This was just the kind of place that we were hoping it would be. If our needs tend this way again, this place will be high on our list.

Fabulous location

This place was perfect for our trip. Stayed here with my family of six. Just a few blocks from the trails (both Slaughter pen and Coler) and the downtown square. We biked everywhere! Loved the hot tub, and place was clean with all of the basic needs. Only suggestions would be more comfortable seating in living room and more cooking supplies (measuring cups, large frying pan, charcoal for grill). But still loved this place and would happily stay here again!

A few .mishaps but nice place!

This place is a very nice townhouse type home. If you're older, the steps are super brutal to climb and small. They are a hazard, I have large foot and it is carpeted but still I doubt the steps are 10" deep or less and the lower level has 10ft ceilings so I think I counted 16 steps ! The bedrooms are all upstairs. The location is nice once you find it. It's kind of a hidden road tucked tightly between the backs of houses. The garage is nice but across the street. It's a private street and you can park in front of your unit sideways. The unit has a lot of space and is updated nicely. It could use a recliner or reclining sofa for the days you shop too much and need to put your feet up. The big yellow fold out chair is a great idea but is like cardboard. The sofa or loveseat? Is very small and not comfie but is adorable. The hot tub is very nice but was set on 90 so we had to wait till the next day to get in. I appreciate a clean hot tub! I own one myself. They must have shocked it just before we came because the chemical/ bleach smell was so strong we had to get out. I also coughed alot after that . The coho management company responded quickly to each message. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with items. This unit did NOT have a Keurig 😔 which is kind of odd. When you walk in there is no where to hang a coat. No closet for this. Again it's a very nice unit, just needs more touches of home/comfort. The master and all the mattresses are foam but are hard as sleeping on a futon. They need a soft foam topper !!! They don't cost much, Like $125. The master bath was nice. Had two sinks with a private potty room. The shower was huge and had 2 nice shower heads ! They even supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bathroom def is nice !!! It could use a towel or robe hook by the shower because to throw your towel or robe on top of the shower door, it's about 9 feet tall!!! Not easy. While I like the area and these townhomes, I won't stay there again. Hoping they can make some small improvements to these very new and nice units! The owner did refund us $150 after 5 days of texting back and forth.🙄. They were very nice but it seems like no one would help me until I left a review on the coho management survey🤷.
