„We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to explore the city and go to a concert. Dustin was a great host, and was easy to get a hold of. He even took the time to get fresh flowers and pastries from a local bakery, which was amazing. The unit has a tenant living up top, but the insulation is great and we barely heard them up there. „The property is cheap if you compare it to other locations. Anyway the apartment is clean. The area around the location isn‘t that appealing. There is many trash on the streets and you have to ride the train vor 40minutes to get to downtown. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here 😊“

„The apartment is perfectly located for our needs in the Bernal Heights area. We were able to walk everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and stores a short walk away. Parking was easy to find.The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. It had a very nice shower head and all the convenience of home. „Mitch and Susan were excellent at communication, their info book was chock full of good recommendations; the apartment itself was spotless; Susan's art on the walls was a welcome personal touch (so nice to see original art and not Home Goods-type art!). The bed is super comfy. The view from the deck (which was a very nice deck) was inspiring. Great shower. Thanks for the parking spot. „The appartment has a good location to start tours to SF. Easy connection by bus. Very friendly host providing and supporting with all you need. As the appartment is on the ground floor, behind the garage of the House, it is a little bit dark. Anyhow, we felt comfortable and did not miss anything. We had what we needed.“
