The Space:

Sea La Vie, our luxury main house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. On the main level, you'll find a primary bedroom overlooking the pool and water, an open concept living and dining area with gas fireplace, kitchen and center island with large dining table. Upstairs has three additional bedrooms, bathroom and gathering space. Enjoy the serenity of waterfront living while staying close to Ocean City, Berlin, Ocean Pines, Assateague Island, Ocean Downs Casino, local breweries, and championship golf. The private, non-heated pool is approximately 5 feet deep with steps and is available seasonally from mid-May through the end of October, weather permitting.

Sea La Vie is one of 7 units at The Inn on Turville Creek.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests.

The private pool is not heated and is available seasonally, weather permitting.

Fresh linens, sheets, and towels are provided.

Pool and beach towels are not included.

One dog is welcome per stay for an additional fee

No smoking indoors or in the bar/pool house. Outdoor smoking is permitted within the yard.

The primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay.

No third-party bookings or unauthorized group bookings.

No additional guests beyond the names submitted with the reservation unless cleared with the host.

Garage access is not available to guests.

The extended driveway can accommodate boat or jet ski trailers.

The adjacent cottages may be available separately for larger groups. When combined with the neighboring cottages, the property can accommodate gatherings of up to 34 guests, subject to availability and host approval.

Weddings, corporate retreats, and multi-family gatherings may be considered with advance coordination.
