The Space:
Arrival feels deliberate from the moment the stone gates open, gravel softens beneath the tyres, and the landscape begins to widen.
Linnaeus Farm unfolds across 8.6 acres of rolling grounds, framed by paddocks, gardens and the escarpment beyond. Architectural yet grounded, the residence balances warm minimalism with natural materials, custom finishes and light-filled interiors designed to slow the pace.
Open-plan living spans two generous levels, creating spaces that feel expansive yet connected. Two full kitchens with Miele appliances support extended stays, private catering and shared meals, while hotel-standard bedding ensures deep rest throughout.
Dining has been thoughtfully curated in partnership with Villeroy & Boch, with tableware and cutlery selected to complement the architecture and material palette of the home. Each piece forms part of the curated collection of the residence, elevating everyday meals into refined and considered experiences.
Bathrooms feature oversized rain showers and a freestanding soaking bath. Heated flooring extends beyond the upstairs bathroom into the entry foyer and mudroom, adding subtle comfort to the everyday rhythm of the home.
Outdoors, the estate is shaped by land and season. A resort-style pool anchors summer days, balcony dining overlooks the grounds, and fire pits draw guests together at dusk.
The wellness circuit includes a traditional electric hot rock sauna, infrared sauna and cold plunge. Across the dam, the heated lake hut offers stillness above water for meditation, reading or quiet recalibration.

Positioned beyond the edible garden and timber arbour, Jamie’s Barn is an architectural extension of the estate, with soaring ceilings, black timber cladding and a relaxed private-club feel. Designed for casual dining, ping pong, games and additional sauna access, it offers a secondary gathering space that is relaxed, private and adaptable.
SARA DINING:
Located onsite at Moraea Farm, Sara Dining is the culinary heart of the Linnaeus Collection.
Opening mid-2026, the restaurant will deliver world-class dining experiences across the Collection. Led by one of Australia’s most accomplished young chefs - formerly the youngest ever hatted chef in the country, Sara Dining will offer seasonal, produce-driven menus and private catering designed exclusively for our guests.
Private dining is available now from Sara Dining for Linnaeus guests by prior arrangement, offering a bespoke, in-residence experience, please ask for more information.
LINNAEUS COLLECTION:
Linnaeus Farm forms part of the Linnaeus Collection, a curated portfolio of seven private residences across Berry, NSW, accommodating 70+ guests across the Collection. Each residence is independently experienced yet unified by considered hospitality, offering the privacy of a home with the cohesion and standards of a professionally managed portfolio.
All guests of the Linnaeus Collection have the option to book a private animal feeding session at Moraea Farm, where resident Highland cows, goats, sheep and chickens form part of the wider Berry experience. Subject to availability.

• Linnaeus Collection staff may access the property grounds during your stay for essential maintenance, garden care or access to the external shed located away from the main residence. This is conducted respectfully and without disruption to guest privacy
