Property is in a fantastic location and the management company were very responsive and helpful when we rang with issues during our stay. However the property is tired and has a number of issues that the owner really needs to fix given the price being charged. Negatives:- Fan in master bed doesn't work properly (noisy and broken remote) and the room is unbearably hot for summer stays- The AC return air grill in the main hall was blocked with dust and barely any cold air reaches the master. - Outdoor area was very dirty - we all got black feet from the dirt and had to wipe them every time we went inside- BBQ ignition doesn't work so it needs to be lit with matches after removing the grilles. It didn't appear to have been cleaned for a while- 1/2 bag of wood and no kindling for pizza oven - we had to buy our own even though we only used it once- the flueing for the pizza oven is inadequate as most of the smoke comes out of the front even when fire is hot - you can't sit out there when in use- Pool full of leaves and dirty- Oven dirty and didn't close fully so cooking in it was a challenge- Many light switches had either no covers or were dirtyPositives:- Beds were very comfortable, good linen and nicely made- All other bedrooms were great in terms of comfort- Bathrooms were clean and generous- Pet friendly garden and great car access- Convenient and private setting- Property management staff were helpful and responsive
