« Nous avons demandé un thé vers 11:00 pour y accueillir un ami, réponse: “there is no service now”. Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”. Déplorable…. Nous n’y retournerons pas »

« First visit here and very pleasantly surprised. We arrived about 7pm and immediately you could feel it had a very good ambience. It was busy with most people enjoying an eveing meal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We hadn't booked a table for our evening meal as we weren't sure of our plans when booking the room. However, on arrival staff enquired if we wished to dine and a table was reserved for us at 8pm. The food here very good and generous. I had duck spring rolls which were fab and...

« The service and the facilities of the room are outstanding comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing freshly cooked by heather who also takes your order. Good choice of cereal, fresh fruit yoghurt and toast. Then to follow a full cooked breakfast »
