« Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. « The home was spacious, and comfortable. There were 7 of us who stayed, and we all enjoyed the one night stay. I would definitely recommend. One hiccup was check in process, the code I was given prior to checking in did not work. I attempted to reach out to a Nicole the host, and had no luck for almost an hour of trying and being on hold with Expedia and vrbo, we see her appear from the back.. She was extremely apologic. I'm assuming the code wasn't updated. Losing an hour was tough, only...
