We were disappointed with our stay due to multiple problems. Check-in was super frustrating, we never received the expected text for mobile check-in, and when I got through on the phone they told me you can only check in through text. They can’t do it over the phone, which makes no sense in a mountain town where cell service is spotty. It took almost half an hour to get the text then go through their online system to finally get another text with the code. A creek was actively flowing directly through the parking lot and right through our assigned parking spot for the unit, creating hazardous and inconvenient conditions that made accessing our car difficult. The kitchen only had non-microwavable bowls with no other options if you wanted to microwave any food. Additionally, the unit was advertised to accommodate a fifth person with a futon, but instead we found only a bunk bed setup with a double on the bottom, offering no separate sleeping arrangement as shown in pictures. Also the pool from the pictures is located a 5-10 minute drive away towards the village where there is nonstop traffic in the winter. Overall, these issues combined to make the stay below expectations and we wouldn’t choose to book there again.
