Once we were getting close to the location, I reached out to the property manager with regards to password or keys to get into the location. Since it was the day of thanksgiving, I did not get a response for almost four hours. I got a hold of VRBO to assist with issue, however, they also were unable to get a hold of manager. As cold as it was, we sat I. Our car with all food to cook for thanksgiving. Once VRBO got a hold of manager- they were able to assist. Unfortunately. We missed thanksgiving dinner. Once I went to the office to pick up keys they informed me that they had sent me the information needed to get into the location and proceeded being rude to me. I tried to make the best of my last few days for my family. This is the first time I have experienced poor service from VRBO as well ass the property manager. I. Addition to the situation, even though the place was very clean, the walls were very thin as you were woken up at 2 am by the couple next door to us and again woken up at 7 am by their children crying. I donât think I will use this location for future getaways.
