« The room was clean, bed was okay. The balcony view is misleading for the room we got as it looked into a group of trees. The staff was very friendly. The food was good as well as the drinks at the bar. The hot tub was very nice and hot!! The space down by the lake had chairs to sit in by the water. The only thing missing was a bonfire, the pit there was locked up not being used. Overall a 9 out of 10 experience. Would recommend and possibly go back should I be in the area again for vacation. »

« Everything was great on Valentines day weekend. Was able to check-in early. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Parking was great. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time visiting Big Bear and Arrowhead. Perfect Arrowbear spot. This is my 2nd time here. »
