„Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. “

„The condo was super nice and perfect if you’re looking for something on the (old) west side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was no AC as the condo has an evaporative cooler so in the winter it switches to heat only so it was HOT. El Paso had a very hot Christmas this year, it was 75 degrees the whole week we were there so not having that AC was not ideal as the condo reached 82 inside.
