« Hôtel d'un rapport qualité-prix correct, sans grand charme mais confortable. L'environnement entre centre commercial et forêt n'est pas exceptionnel mais offre un bon choix de restaurants. Ma note aurait été bien meilleure si je n'avais trouvé de longs cheveux dans mes draps (qui laisse un doute sur la propreté)...et que ce "raté" avait été correctement pris en compte par la réception ! »

« Management is extremely confident, caring, and passionate about this property. Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal. »

« Staff was super friendly. Coffee available at reception. Bathrooms looked newly renovated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable. Spacious room. Nice variety of breakfast items included from bagels English muffins and white wheat bread and batter machine to make fresh individual pancakes and fruit cups and yogurt. Would definitely stay again. Was there for wedding at the Oakley for the weekend. »

« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week.
