« I wqs there for 9 days. Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained every morning. The Hot tub was out of service the whole week, but they were working on it. I wouldn't use anyway so that part didn't matter to me. Across the parking lot was a very good home cooked food cafe and bakery. I would definetly stay ther again. »

« Hotel, staff, and everything was really nice. Rooms are very modern but need to do something about AC being extremely loud, no black out curtains so we were up at 5 am. Loud trucks up and down the street early morning as well. Beds and pillows very average for a 5 star hotel. Needless to say we didn’t get a great sleep. »

« Everything about the room and property was beautiful, the craftsmanship was so meticulous, and the property was very clean and well maintained. Easy entry, peaceful surroundings, and an amazing turn of the century atmosphere! »

« The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly showing us the history of the hotel. The room was clean but there was a bit of a smell especially in the main areas and hallway. The gentleman who checked us in reprimanded us for not using Expedia and didn’t share much about the hotel or town which wasn’t a great welcome. Overall a great location and cool history, but could use a refresh and some new energy. »

« Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again. »

« Awful experience. We will never return to that hotel again. Somali manager was very rude and disrespectful to us when he could have easily spoken to us like a normal human being. Room looked clean also but stunk of something else that im unsure of so obviously not as clean as it should be and honestly we definitely overpaid for the hotel. »
