« Hotellet er fantastisk. Beliggenheten er litt avsides, du er avhengig av taxi. Personalet i resepsjonen gjør sitt beste for at du skal få et flott opphold. Vi hadde club rom med lounge tilgang, det er første gang jeg har opplevd at dette ikke gir tilgang på frokost. Vi måtte betale 88 RMB pr. person for å få frokost. « I booked at Expedia.com for one night here. I always thought this is one of the best hotels in Lintong so booked it. However, they have two parts. One part is newer and another one is very old and bad in every aspects, They sent me to the old one but online there is no info. about this. The room is dirty and many things are not working. The hotel staff is not nice. We used the luggage cart but the wheel was not working when we asked the service person and he said he has to ask manager...

« Booked this over Hilton, Sofitel, and a few other big name 5 stars. It was comparable in price but so many negatives. Bad pool, bad restaurants, poor service. I was really surprised as I always thought Kempenski was at the top and I've always wanted to stay there. So far away from the city...about 30-40 min away from everything.
