« The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub being cold the entire time, as one of the main reasons my group and I chose this hotel was to use those amenities. We were really looking forward to it, and I also overheard several other guests expressing frustration about it as well. « First issue was the front desk clerk and he ADA knowledge, her snide comments about my service dog were uncalled for and she asked illegal questions. Secondly, I did not feel safe. The local and people staying there were questionable. One even appeared to be growing weed in the window sill. The air conditioned did not work well and the room could have used a better cleaning…. »
