„We booked a comfort double room, but we got a single room. Everything only for one person: towels, water, cap, Glas, etc. We asked for a double room but got only unfriendly comments. It took long time to get the missing things. Next day same procedure. They handled the room as a single room. Maybe we get some money back!!!! The coffee maker did not work and on top it was dirty. For such a lot of money we expect more value. 5 star - I’m laughing. They are invited to come to Europe to see and ...

„Die Toiletten haben nach Urin geprochen. Klobrille ist gefallen.
Keine Durschvorhang/trennwand dann war alles nass und uberflutet.
Kartenlesegeraetdid funktonierte nicht. Wir mussten um 20:30 auf die Strasse ein Geldautomatsuchen, Geld abheben und Bar bezahlen. Zimmer verschimmelt und feucht. Etc. Etc.“

„It was a nice hotel in the heart of Bissau, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast and dinner menu was great with local and Portuguese cuisine. The staff were helpful. But the contact details on Hotels.com were too sketchy with no e-mail address and a single telephone number which was not responding. Because of this I could n't contact them for Airport shuttle. “
