« Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. »

« Fabulous three nights spent at this gem of a guest house. Steve and Elaine were perfect hosts, going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice, room and bathroom were as good as they could be. Comfortable bed and powerful shower (always a must in my book) were spot on. Parking available for a decent price. The Arthington is a winner in Blackpool and fully deserves all its plaudits. »

« Great location opposite a tram stop and close to Pleasure beach. Friendly staff and good sized rooms. Lift a little small, but managed to get one wheelchair and carer in and up to second floor. »

« I've stayed at Gracelands Guest House 3 nights and it was perfect! The situation (4mn walking from the coach station), the bed (very comfortable) , the color of the painting in my room (pink! « The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...
