We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. « The location was easy to find. However, once it became dark, it was a bit more challenging to locate if you venture out. The house is exquisite inside and out. Modern, log cabin aesthetic, and high end amenities throughout. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space to accommodate our party of 8. However, there were a few small maintenance items, that should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Ie: broken balcony and bedroom doors (did not lock), missing window treatments.
