The space
With 5,800 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for large groups and multiple families.

As you enter, the main floor has 2 Primary bedrooms with 2 full baths. An open living room, dining area, and kitchen make for great gatherings and conversation! Huge windows let in ample sunlight and provide a beautiful lake view.

Just beyond the kitchen, you can make your way out to the huge deck which has full unobstructed views of the lake. There you can sit and take in the fresh air, barbecue, or relax by the high top fire table.

One flight up, there are an additional 4 bedrooms with 2 full shared baths. There is also a loft area with lake views, a poker table, a console table with numerous board games, and a foosball table.

One flight down from the main floor, you will enter the lower level/game room which consists of a Spencer Marston London pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a built-in-bar with a 86" TV for all of your entertaining and viewing needs! The lower level also consists of 3 more bedrooms, a shared full bath, and laundry facilities.

From the lower level, you can walk out to the covered patio which contains 2 large picnic tables, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor games, a hot tub, and access to the lake. Whether you choose to wade in the water or roast marshmallows by the fire, there is no shortage of activities inside or outside of this property!
