MOUNTAIN VIEWS AND OUTDOOR LIVING
Open grounds and wooded hills give way to a mountain backdrop, visible from the porch, fire pit, and inside through the windows. Enjoy coffee on the porch, cook dinner on the covered patio with a gas grill and countertop pizza oven, and share a meal outside. Play outdoor games on the patio and unwind in the hot tub. Gather around the gas fire table on the covered patio, or bring firewood for an evening by the stone fire pit. On clear nights, linger outside under the stars.

DISTINCTIVE INTERIORS
Gather in the great room beneath a vaulted wood ceiling, with tall windows, a substantial log staircase, and a gas fireplace. Pull up a saddle-style stool at the handcrafted Western bar, whose river-style countertop features embedded fossils.

THREE KING BEDROOMS
• Main level: a primary bedroom with a king bed.
• Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with a king bed, plus a full bathroom and loft.
• The cabin has two full bathrooms and one half bath.

Smart TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room.

The loft offers additional living space; it has no bed. An interior staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms and loft.

COOKING AND DINING
The full kitchen has live-edge walnut counters, a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Choose drip or Keurig coffee and settle in at the live-edge walnut breakfast bar, which seats four. The separate dining table seats six for shared meals.

To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter supply of cooking oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, basil, rosemary, garlic and herb blend, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, spice rub, and cinnamon. Please bring any extra oil or seasonings you’ll need for your stay.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS
The cabin also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace in the loft, a washer and dryer, free driveway parking for three cars, and complimentary Level 2 EV charging. A water filtration and treatment system is installed.

EXPLORING THE AREA
Downtown Blue Ridge is about a 23-minute drive from the cabin, with shops, restaurants, and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. McCaysville and Copperhill offer riverfront shops and dining; Toccoa River access at McCaysville City Park is about a 13-minute drive. A car is recommended, and travel times vary with traffic and road conditions.

EXTERIOR CAMERA DISCLOSURE
An exterior Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance is active during stays and records video of the entryway, driveway and front porch, including the seating and gas fire table. Audio is disabled. The camera does not view the cabin interior or the hot tub.
