« Great home and location. Back deck could use a few more umbrellas. During our stay an additional umbrella was requested and brought over very quickly. Great service. On our last day (Tuesday), there was a lot of construction noise coming from the brewery. Not sure what was going on, but it eventually stopped. Would definitely come back again. My parents loved their 60 th Anniversary celebration. »

« Wonderful house on a lovely, quiet street. Immaculately clean. Great communication; easy check in, check out. House has many upgrades including modern bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need and plenty of extras. - games, books, etc. Beds are comfortable; bedrooms nicely decorated with historical features; lovely porch and back yard. « We rented this property as our home base for our daughter’s wedding in Leesburg. The hosts were wonderful! We were able to add an event to our stay and host the rehearsal dinner at the property. The grounds and neighborhood are beautiful. Beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group of 10 to relax and prepare for the wedding! »

« A nice place to escape the city »

« My husband and I stayed in this home for our annual anniversary trip. We love hiking and brought our dog with us for some active relaxation. This home was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Front Royal where there was plenty to do; yet also steps away from a trail in the neighborhood, which intersects with the AT. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. »

« The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools. »
