Amazing House in an Amazing Location
Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house that is right on the beach. It has everything you need for a beautiful vacation. Our only negative was that it is not really suitable for small children. The handrail to the second storey verandah is very dangerous with big gaps around the bottom and corners. Would definitely stay there again in an adult group.

A FANTASTIC PROPERTY IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION
SAILS IS IN AN IDEAL LOCATION OVERLOOKING A SMALL BEACH WITH WALKS EASILY ACCESSIBLE. IT IS PROBABLY NOT SUITABLE IF YOU WANT TO BE IN AMONGST THE NIGHTLIFE. SALAMANDER AND NELSON BAY ARE BOTH ABOUT 12 MIN AWAY. THIS PROPERTY IS IDEAL FOR TWO FAMILY GROUPS. WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH OUR FOUR FAMILIES.

Fabulous family holiday
The magnificent views of waves crashing onto the rocks on the northern side of Boat Harbour, even from the top of the drive, ensured a wonderful holiday week in this amazing home. The long hallway led us to the dazzling views of the beach, headlands and the ocean. Every day we had the excitement of seeing whales and dolphin from both levels of the house and from the beach. Some of our party whilst paddling in kayaks or on a SUP in the bay were fortunate to see a pod of dolphin very close to them. The walks to the headlands were easy even for the three-year old twins. There were great views of whales, the pounding sea and the long stretch of sand hills to the south. The house has three separate bedroom areas, the wonderful, large main bedroom with complete bathroom was perfect for the couple with the toddler. The walk-in-robe being a great location for the travel cot! The amazing downstairs area suited best the twins and their parents with another complete bathroom plus a bonus lounge room and kitchen. The twins' older brother was upstairs in a huge bedroom next to his ancient grandparents. The third bathroom adjoined these bedrooms. The wonderfully appointed kitchen, the dining and lounge areas were perfect with fantastic views. The upstairs deck was well used and the enormous televisions in each lounge were much appreciated by the little ones. We enjoyed a perfect holiday together in this extraordinary home.

The property was in a beautiful location. The house was stunning. Kitchen was very well equipped.
We were very disappointed with having to check in at 3pm and check out at 10am with absolutely no leniency. The house was actually ready for us at 1.30 because we arrived early and checked it out, then left so that we wouldn’t be breaching any rules. We actually only got to spend 1 out of 3 days there, because we spent Sunday morning doing the cleaning for you. The cleanliness was definitely not to the standard that we were expected to uphold. Dusty floors and carpets not properly vacuumed; Dusty fly screens covered in cob webs; Oven rack was dripping with grease. The whole experience for us was actually insulting. If this is how Stayz treats everyone, we will not be using Stayz again, preferring to spend our money at a hotel, where we can actually get out money’s worth for a whole weekend away.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback and experience with us. Our terms and conditions do state that check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am (you agreed to this) this is to ensure that the properties are clean on your arrival. If the properties are available earlier than we do allow you to check in earlier, however, this was not the case as we have scheduled maintenance. Upon arrival had you contacted us regarding any issues we could have has this rectified ASAP. On your departure we don't ask you to do a full clean but rather to ensure that the house is left tidy and rubbish is removed.. Hopefully you enjoyed the area and the view.

This place is amazing and in a beautiful location. Easy check in and was given a complimentary late check out. It was the perfect getaway weekend for our group of friends and we didn’t need to leave the place as it had everything we needed and was too beautiful to leave. Bliss on the Bay
This holiday was a phenomenal experience. Not every day do you get to wake up to superb ocean views and sunrises. Having the beach on your doorstep was a real treat and the house was very well laid out, furniture and beds super comfortable and plenty of space for our party of 10. We would highly recommend this property. In terms of constructive feedback we just had a few grievances by reason of the fact we were travelling with small children. The balcony is not safe for a small baby or toddler. There is a wide gap between the edge of the balcony and the wire fence. Also the house contains some pretty steep stairs and there is no baby gate. Alarmingly we found a loose button battery on the bedroom floor which the cleaners must not have picked up. There were some loose coal fire lighters under the couch and some of the dishes were not clean. Also to note, the upstairs bedrooms do not have blinds so the light streams in at 6am. Whilst these things do not detract from the overall enjoyment of the house, we think there is definitely room for improvement in these minor details in view of the cost of the accommodation.

Lovely spot right on the beach for the children. Balcony not safe for young children had to keep the balcony doors locked and eat inside which was ashame as it was beautiful out there! thought I read it was walking distance to shops for a morning coffee but no had to drive everywhere. Did enjoy our stay.

Overall our group of 6 girlfriends thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful luxury house. Amazing location, fabulous beach, lovely walks, property was well equipped and comfortable. There were a few cleaning and maintenance issues which we intend to inform the property manager about. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved our time in the house. It's layout was perfect for us and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Unfortunately for us the weather wasn't too kind with cold winds blowing through. But that doesn't detract from this property which was fantastic.

Disappointed...kitchen poorly supplied...few cooking pots and pans..
Kitchen equipment dirty AGAIN...s p ent mony on lavazza coffee pods only to find the appliance used capsules!!..bbq disappointing no good and cheap. We rented a much cheaper place with superb appointments and equipment in addition to this expensive place....sure the view and bedrooms are great but...suggest you spend some money to equip the place appropriately...

This is a super property is a stunning location...all beds comfortable and clean as were bathrooms...yard great and access to the beach so easy. The kitchen was grubby especially all saucepans and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery which was disappointing. The washing up liquid was cheap and useless possibly adding to the problem!

Stunning and peacful property that has everything you need
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, spacious and bright. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and private. A great layout, the kids were able to have their own space down stairs. The gardens were immaculate. Kitchen supplies were abundant and was all we needed. There were 2 bins available for rubbish which is great as we needed them too. Local beach was very calm, clean and perfect for our young families. The property is exactly as advertised.

The property itself is in a great location couldn't fault it. Great getaway for a group of 10 friends perfect size bedrooms and enough bathrooms. Very clean which was great compared to other properties on Air BNB. Only criticism is the amount of requirements for cleaning considering how much the cleaning bills are. We were happy to leave the property tidy as per other properties we have stayed in. But felt these requirements were more than normal. The other thing is the driveway is very steep and couldn't see that from the photos. Overall we all thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

An absolute cracker.
It was a great place to celebrate our father's 80th birthday. A beautiful home right on the beach in a friendly quiet neighbourhood. It was so wonderful to wake in the morning and be able to watch a countless number of whales go by just outside the bay and dolphins frolicking in the bay. It was a most memorable stay in a stunning location. We'll be back for shore.
