"The hotel is modern, very clean, has big rooms and easy access to everything. The spa facilities are generous and very well kept. The staff is very very helpful,very nice and speaks many languages fluently. The restaurant and bar has top quality food and exceptional service."

"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. "Modernes Zimmer 213 mit bequemen Bett und großer Terasse. Die Duschtüre aus Glas schloss nicht dicht so dass der Boden im Bad vom Duschen nass wurde. Im Zimmer Staubflankerln. Auf der Terasse 3 Vogelnester. Terassenboden schmutzig. Frühstück bescheiden. Nicht alle Tischd gedeckt. Zu wenig Kaffetassen. ..."
