« Was not able to get into room after 45 minutes. Code did not work. Call all phone numbers list in the instruction and no answer. Owner was advised that we were arriving at 12:30am due to family flying in late. Finally the owner was reached by lobby staff. Lobby staff advised that they are not able to unlock door as the units are owner owned. After speak to owner trying 2 other ways to get in an was not able to. She put us in a different unit but this was under construction on the balcony. Crew...

He responded to my questions immediately which was several times including the fee but not his fault as I doubled book accidentally VRBO showed one reservation was cancelled but that was one I did not pay for. He assured me all ok. The Tv is quite larg couch comfortable. Nice to have one end chaise lounge. Bathroom is small but we made do. Bed was good. Big tv in bdrm but did not use. « We had a great stay. The property was just as advertised. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Sleeping was comfortable. Even the pull out couch was comfortable for our teen. Plenty of linens and towels. The view was amazing! »

« Stay was great! Clean and nice view of the ocean. Nice patio deck. We were 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child and were able to get a good rest for a weekend. Walkable to the convention center, fast dining and a gas station. Short 8mim drive to Pleasure Pier, restaurants and bars. Will be booking again in the future! »

« Condo is great and as listed and we would stay again! Do understand that there is traffic noise from the road in front when sitting on the balcony but it makes for some free entertainment while watching all of the different vehicles and people moving around. Both pools are very nice but we preferred the one located in the back of the West building and during our stay it was not crowded at all. « Host communicated very easily and responded quickly. When I got there two men were working on the A/C and the host refunded that night’s stay. Checking in was easy and fast. Clean and nice view from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. Pool was nice and had easy access. Unfortunately, there was no coffee in the condo but Walmart was very close by if you needed anything. »
