„The gentleman at the check-In desk was very kind to switch our room to a downstairs I had asked for one on Expedia but didn’t realize the property doesn’t get the request, you have to call and ask for it. Room was clean and beds were comfey. There’s a really nice outdoor area to swim and visit. We will definitely stay there in the future. “

„My sister and I were very impressed with the property. It was clean and very well maintained. And the perfect little space it for my sister and I. I do think the ad probably had a typo because it said 10 minute walk to Crystal Beach. it was more like a 10 minute drive. But that was no issue. I was having such a good time I decided to stay an extra night but I was unable to reach the hostess to set that up. However I didn't ask until the 6th and we were leaving on the 7th so maybe she didn't get ...

The communication was very personal and quick. Response time for an hiccups we endured during our stay were either resolved immediately or acknowledged and accommodated.
